How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders coming from the US or Canada!
In case you’d like to select expedited shipping options, you’ll be able to see the pricing for each prior order confirmation. 

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely! All courier options will be visible and available to you before you confirm the order. 

Free shipping on international orders will only be applied for orders of $100 USD or above.

Will I be able to track my order?

Yes! You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Please note that it often takes the service carrier 24-48 hours to scan a package and then update the tracking information within their system. Rest assured that your order has shipped and is on its way to you! You should be able to see an update within 2 business days of shipment. 

From where are orders shipped?

All of our products are shipped from the US warehouse.

I received the wrong product. What should I do?

Sometimes mistakes happen and we’re sorry it happened to you!

I have received a faulty item. What should I do?

No worries, we’re here to fix that!
As soon as you discover a fault, please contact us via email at with the following information: 

  1. The order number
  2. The product name
  3. A description of the fault
  4. An image and/or video of the fault

As soon as we receive this information, we’ll get you a replacement right away!

What is your return policy?

In case you’ve changed your mind or felt unhappy with the received product, you can still return it within 30 days of a purchase. To be eligible for a 100% refund, all returned products must be unopened and in the condition just as received.
If products were purchased as part of a kit, you will only be refunded based on the quantity that has been returned from the kit.

Please note that the return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. 

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes! In case you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item, we would be happy to exchange it for you free of charge. 

In case the item you’ve ordered is no longer available, our team will be ready to recommend you a great alternative or issue a store credit for your next purchase!
